This lovely landscape is inspired by the lush fields and trees in my father-in-law’s home region of Boyaca, Colombia. This small region in central Colombia a is considered to be the “Switzerland of South America” with mountains, rolling hills, rich agriculture, and (in my opinion) the best arepas on the continent.
